Collecting Revolution Traces

Students from the  Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft – HTW Berlin visited Barcelona interested in the topic of social innovation. We delivered a workshop based on the idea of collecting the symbols and traces of the Indignados revolution and its context in the Sants District in Barcelona. Sants has been historically a place for popular meeting, demonstrations and the settlement of many social and independentist groups and associations in Barcelona. Exploring the area and understanding the symbols, the space and the storytelling provided an interesting angle for our Aesthetics of Revolution research too.
